Border@ Copacabana, Bolivia

玻利維亞闖關失敗！
整台巴士都過了，只有我被留下來！
虧我還找了精通西班牙文的旅伴，也是沒用。
我只好自己搭車回Puno了。
台灣護照真難用！
不過這一路的風景還真棒！

比利時旅伴看著我的護照
驚訝的問我:

為什麼你們要叫
Republic of China!
不叫
Republic of Taiwan?
那很怪不是嗎？

嗯！我也覺得很怪！

    I have just been to the consulate of Bolivia in Puno.

    The officer just check my passport and say : china no!
    I say : not china , I am from Taiwan!!
    Officer: Taiwan ?! No!! No possible get visa here! beijing. You need go to beijing!
    I: What ?? what the fucking beijing ?! Who's beijing ?? It's another country!?
    I never even been to beijing before !
    Why my visa need the agreement of another fucking country?

    I never ever apply the Bolivia visa again in my life!!
    Go!
    Close the door !

    Actually I didn't hate beijing before, but now ...!!

      出國在外很能體會台灣國際地位的困境
      說實在我沒有"非常"討厭中國人(至於討厭"中國政府"是另一回事哈哈)
      但是在國外我很討厭被認為是中國人
      而偏偏很多歪國人都分不清楚也不想弄清楚

      比利時人的問題
      讓我想到開羅主任在聊中國與台灣時提到的觀點
      他說我們自稱中華民國為republic of china
      怎麼對呢?!
      中華民國照翻應該是people's republic of china啊
      無怪乎外國人傻傻分不清楚

    我也跟比利時人解釋了半天~還把歷史說明了一下~才可能有點搞清楚!不過我猜還是不清楚吧~哈哈!!
    其實最另人不爽的是~那個玻利維亞官員把一個規則的紙拿給我看!我看了以後~就決定不申請了!never!
    他那張紙印了好幾個國家~每個欄位有一個國家~分別應該要繳多少費用!
    其中有一欄印了 China(including Taiwan) 要繳三十鎂!
    世界上有這麼多國家可以讓我花錢~沒必要去這樣的國家花吧!!
